Please follow the steps below in order to obtain a claim form:

Check your validation certificate and the appropriate section of your policy to make sure that what you are claiming for is covered.
To obtain a claims form:
For claims relating to all sections other than section 7 – Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance, please contact Europ Assistance.
