Please follow the steps below in order to obtain a claim form:

Check your validation certificate and the appropriate section of your policy to make sure that what you are claiming for is covered.
To obtain a claims form:
For claims relating to all sections other than section 7 – Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance, please contact AXA Insurance UK Plc.

Please telephone AXA claims department on 0844 811 8459.

For claims under section 7 - Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance please contact International Passenger Protection.
